Paco Catholic School is right in the heart of the district of Paco. It is accessible to residents of Metro Manila and select areas of the provinces of Cavite, Laguna, and Rizal. PCS traffic has been planned with the Manila Traffic and Parking Bureau to make travel to and from the area smooth and trouble-free.

Please note that some streets around the campus have been disgnated as one-way streets as indicated in the traffic route map.

Traffic Guide

In 2001, the Parents Coordinating Board of PCS High School Department, in coordination with the Manila Traffic and Parking Bureau, designed a traffic plan to ease vehicular traffice in the vicinity of the school. Certain streets were designated one-way. Access to the school and church will be through Pedro Gil (formerly Herran) Street.

By Car

Take the following routes:

  • From Quezon City, you can take the route through Quezon Avenue and España Boulevard finding your way to Arsenio H. Lacson Avenue straight to Nagtahan.

  • From Quezon City and Antipolo, you can take EDSA to Taft Avenue.

  • From Parañaque, Muntinlupa and San Pedro and Biñan in Laguna, you can take the route through South Superhighway straight to Quirino Avenue.

  • From Parañaque and Cavite, you can take the route through Coastal Road to Roxas Blvd. to Quirino Avenue.

By LRT Line 1/Metrorail (Yellow Line)

PCS may be reached using LRT Line 1 Pedro Gil Station at the corner of Taft Avenue. Each ride is priced at P12 to P15, depending on how far your station is from Pedro Gil Street. Stored value tickets are available for P100. From this station, take a jeepney ride (Pandacan or Sta. Ana route) to PCS.

By LRT Line 2/Megatren (Purple Line)

The MRT Line 2 traverses the length of Santolan and Aurora Boulevard in Quezon City and San Juan City to Recto in Manila, passing through eleven stations. Fare ranges from P12 to P15. Alight either at the Pureza Station or at the Legarda Station. From Pureza, walk or take a jeepney to Sta. Mesa Rotonda and proceed to the jeepney terminal for jeeps going to Paco near De Ocampo College across EARIST (Eulogio "Amang" Rodriguez Institute of Science and Technology).

From the Legarda Station, take a jeep that will bring you to Sta. Mesa Rotonda and proceed to the jeepney terminal for jeeps going to Paco near De Ocampo College across EARIST.

By Jeepney


Jeepneys ply the route to Taft Avenue via Pedro Gil, San Gregorio and Apacible Streets.
  • From the Taft Avenue, you can take the jeepneys headed towards Paco or Sta. Ana via Pedro Gil Street. They have a terminal at the corner of Leon Guinto Street and Pedro Gil Street or at the corner of Taft Avenue and Pedro Gil Street.

  • From the Taft Avenue, you can take the jeepneys headed towards Paco and Pandacan. They occupy a terminal at the corner of Escoda and Leon Guinto Street near the Yakult offices.

  • From Taft Avenue, you can take a jeepney at the corner of Apacible and Leon Guinto Streets headed towards Pandacan via Paco.

  • From Guadalupe, you can take the jeepneys that will pass through Pedro Gil Street en route to Taft Avenue.

  • From Nagtahan (Sta. Mesa Rotonda) , take a jeepney at their terminal near De Ocampo Colleg and across EARIST. This jeepney crosses the Nagtahan Bridge and passes through Paz Mendoza Guazon Street formerly Otis Street. The route ends at Perdigon Street.

By FX Taxis


  • There is no FX taxi that goes directly to Paco. However, there are FX taxis that ply the Taft Avenue and Nagtahan/Quirino Avenue.
