Registrar

The Office of the Registrar is in charge of maintaining, updating and storing students' records. The operating procedure starts with the acquisition and evaluation of all credentials and scholastic records.

Follow-up of incomplete and missing credentials/school records is done within the first quarter of the school through letters and appointments made with parents/guardian.

Computerized system of recording grades is done every quarter. The process ends with the issuance of final grades, diploma or transfer credentials.

Major Functions

  1. Assist in the formulation and/or enforcement of government/school regulations on matters regarding admission, registration, graduation, transfer and data bank management

  2. See to the accounting, classifying, filing and storing of students' records and files

  3. Secure/update/maintain preserve confidentiality of records, reports and communications emanating from the office: Form 137, Transfer credentials, Certification/ Authentication of enrolment, graduation, accuracy, correction, grades needed for evaluation/reference, clearance and dropping form

  4. Secure Special Order Number for graduation

  5. Coordinate the working of the office with the various academic and non-academic units of the school

  6. Prepare statistical reports related to the function of the office

 The Office of the Registrar is headed by Ms. Annylyn J.  Maliwat, a former member of the grade school faculty. She  is  ably assisted by Mr. Ramon Rosario. Together they see  to it  that the following documents are complete and  accurate:

  •  Transcript of Records
  •  Certification of Grades
  •  Certificate of Graduation
  •  Certificate of Enrolment
  •  Diploma
