| The Parents' Coordinating Boards are the only parent organization recognized by the School Administration. It is established to be the school's partner in the molding and development of the children according to the teachings of the Catholic Church. There is a PCB for each of the different departments or levels in the school. Each has a separate set of officers. Parent-officers are elected at the homeroom level. The homoroom officers get elected to the grade or year level and the grade or year-level officers form the PCB. The PCBs engage in such projects that benefit the children directly or indirectly. They also raise funds for these projects such as raflle draws, Bingo socials, tiangge, etc. The high school PCB has undertaken the following projects: rerouting of traffic along Paz Street and within the vicinity of the school in coopration with the Manila Traffic and Parking Bureau, scholarship grant to deserving students, financial assistance to victims of fire and other calamities, family days, parenting and enrichment seminars, livelihood projects, blood-letting and outreach programs. The PCB also honors the faculty with an annual year-end program dubbed "Pasasalamat sa Guro". Its officers have also participated in projects and programs inititaed by the Manila Archdiocesan and Parochial Schools Association (MAPSA) and the Catholic Education Association of the Philippines (CEAP).
