The Board of Trustees is the highest policy-making body of the institution, incorporated and operating under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and the Catholic Church. Though the responsibility and authority are delegated to the school officials, the Board of Trustees is ultimately responsible and accountable for the institution to the MAPSA Executive Board. The administration of the educational corporation as a whole, which includes assets and liabilities is vested on the Board of Trustees.
